This full-time position requires technical expertise in welding, blueprint interpretation, and equipment operation. You'll be expected to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges while promoting a secure work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety and adhere to environmental regulations
• Maintain and repair Mill equipment and structures
• Interpret welding specifications accurately
• Operate welding and cutting tools safely
• Address and resolve production problems proactively

Requirements:
• Four years of welding experience in an industrial setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• BC PWP 7 considered an asset
• Strong ability to work independently and in teams
