Become a vital part of the Amphenol CONEC team as a Sales Support Specialist in Mississauga, ON or Cary, NC. This position emphasizes customer interaction and support.

We are looking for two Sales Support Specialists to facilitate effective communication between our customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless service. You’ll work collaboratively with departments while taking an active role in improving sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with daily customer service needs
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer quotations
• Enter customer orders into the ERP accurately




• Monitor open orders and follow up with customers
• Communicate any changes in delivery or availability

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a relevant customer service role
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
