Join A.C. Americas as a Financial Accountant and play a key role in our Finance team in Mississauga, Ontario. Utilize your problem-solving talents and financial expertise to maintain accounting accuracy.

This in-house position requires a solid grasp of financial accounting principles to effectively manage the general ledger and prepare monthly journal and adjusting entries. You will assist with inventory management and provide backup support for both Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. Your proactive approach will help identify and rectify financial discrepancies and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review general ledger and sub-ledger accounts for errors
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports




• Record asset depreciation and manage acquisitions
• Assist with inventory monitoring and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
• CPA, CMA, CGA designation preferable or in progress
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Acumatica is advantageous
• Solid skills in Excel and other Office applications
