You will be a critical member of the Operational Excellence team reporting to the Director, implementing strategies to solve operational challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quarterly reviews to align projects with objectives
• Measure processes for safety and quality improvements




• Prepare reports highlighting project results and risks
• Coach teams in DMAIC methodology implementation
• Assist in optimizing processes to minimize waste

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years' experience in related roles
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
• Solid time management and negotiation skills
• Experience with process automation tools
