This full time position involves assisting young parents with essential resources and skills to enhance their parenting and social independence. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various professionals while providing crisis intervention and guidance. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing young families within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist youth and families with personalized parenting support
• Collaborate with social workers for outreach strategies
• Implement crisis intervention techniques as needed




• Provide connections to community services and programs
• Enhance parenting skills and social integration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care or related area
• Current First Aid certification required
• Crisis line support experience is an advantage
• Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect diversity
