You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on orders and inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers at counter and via phone
• Process calls and orders in a timely manner
• Source products when currently unavailable
• Merchandising and showcasing items effectively
• Follow up on product quotes and customer needs
Requirements:
• At least two years in customer service
• Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multitask efficiently
• Self-motivated team player with rapid learning capability
