Karis Disability Services seeks a Church & Community Engagement Manager committed to the Christian faith and community building. In this full time role, you'll manage Family Camp initiatives, foster relationships with churches, and support local leaders. Your strategic mindset will enhance our engagement efforts nationally and regionally while promoting disability inclusion and advocacy for families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Family Camp strategy for effective program delivery
• Build partnerships with churches and community organizations
• Equip volunteers and church leaders for inclusive practices
• Collaborate on storytelling and engagement promotions
• Track and report on partnerships and outcomes
Requirements:
• Five years of leadership experience
• Experience with Christian ministries or faith-based organizations
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of disability inclusion practices
• Willingness to travel across Canada
