• Post journal entries for various property expenses
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
• Work closely with Asset Managers for tenant resolutions
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
• Manage lease summary reviews and ensure accuracy

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years in Property Accounting roles
• Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Effective communication and organizational skills
