Join the aquatic team as an Aquatic Instructor and Lifeguard, focusing on fitness and first aid programs. This position is vital for maintaining safety standards during shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will perform lifeguard duties aligned with National Lifeguard standards while closely working with supervisors to ensure lesson objectives are met. You'll be responsible for instructing safety programs, logging daily participant stats, and preparing reports for management. Collaboration with the leadership team is essential for training sessions and ongoing aquatic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lifeguard activities per NL standards
• Work with supervisors on lesson plan objectives




• Teach water safety and fitness classes to participants
• File incident reports for Supervisor review
• Handle administrative and cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:
• At least grade 10 education and a year of aquatic experience
• Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and National Lifeguard
• Solid communication and physical fitness skills
• Required security clearances from RCMP
• Additional Aquatic certifications are a plus
