In this vital position, you'll oversee front-of-house operations, collaborating with the Food Service Director to ensure excellent service quality. Your leadership will guide staff through busy shifts, while your problem-solving skills will address customer concerns professionally, supporting an inviting space for all guests. Experience in food service, along with strong communication skills, will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front-of-house staff and daily operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service




• Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized
• Support training initiatives for new employees
• Adhere to food safety regulations and assist in events

Requirements:
• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Organized, dependable, and calm in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Food Safety Certification preferred
