As the Project Manager, you will oversee both New Product Development and Existing Product pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of scientific milestones for various brands. Your leadership will help bridge communications between scientific teams and production, optimizing workflows for successful scale-up of commercially viable formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestone delivery
• Manage cross-departmental communications and risks
• Guide the transfer of formulas for production
• Maintain project trackers and costing information
• Standardize internal processes for stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience supporting senior leaders
• 3+ years Project Management experience in cosmetics
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required
• Strong computer skills with G-Suite and MS-Office
• PMP Certification an asset
