In this part time role, the Resident Care Attendant plays a crucial role in facilitating daily living and personal care activities for seniors. You will engage in meal service, housekeeping, and lead therapeutic recreation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Manage meal delivery and housekeeping services
• Participate in social and recreational programming for residents




• Support resident involvement in outings and events
• Practice resident-centered care with a focus on engagement

Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Assistant program from an accredited college
• Registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Deep interest in the well-being of elderly residents
• Flexibility for scheduled shifts, including rotating days
