Compass Homecare is hiring Casual Registered Practical Nurses for part-time roles across Ontario. Work flexible 8 to 12-hour shifts delivering essential nursing care that enhances client independence.

As a Casual RPN, you will contribute to personalized care that respects and maintains the dignity of clients in their own homes. Working under the guidance of the Client Services Coordinator, you'll provide nursing duties that include administering medications and monitoring health conditions. Opportunities for regular overnight shifts are available based on client needs and staff preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized nursing care according to care plans
• Monitor client health and report changes promptly
• Perform wound care, injections, and other clinical tasks




• Support clients with personal care and daily activities
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong English communication skills required
• Previous experience in home or community nursing preferred
• Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
• Recent Basic Life Support certification from a recognized entity
