Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in processing payments and handling various account activities. The position requires you to support brokers and insureds while ensuring data integrity and organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Apply payments to PAC and Direct Bill policies
• Process banking changes and withdrawal date adjustments
• Maintain accurate records and support special projects
• Prepare lapse notices and other correspondence as necessary
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
