Ledcor Highways Ltd. seeks seasonal Road Maintenance Operators to work from October to April across Alberta. This physically demanding role involves using snowplow trucks to maintain highways, performing crack sealing, and ensuring road safety. Successful candidates will hold a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license and be ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow and heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain highways by performing labor duties
• Assist with cleaning roads, bridges, and signage




• Contribute to the safety of Alberta Provincial Highways
• Work in diverse weather conditions throughout winter

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract is essential
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience in snow removal is an advantage
