Join Alpha House as a Team Lead, guiding frontline staff in offering compassionate care for those facing addiction and mental health challenges. This full time role operates from Wednesday to Saturday, 1-11pm.

In this leadership position, you will provide supervision and mentorship while ensuring respect and support within the team. Your responsibilities will include crisis response, staff management, and collaboration with community partners to enhance service delivery. Leadership in trauma-informed care and harm reduction will be essential as you support clients in achieving stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance reviews and staff coaching
• Ensure compliance with safety and medical protocols




• Monitor crisis response and client safety measures
• Engage with community partners and local resources
• Facilitate effective team meetings and check-ins

Requirements:
• 2+ years leading a team in a related setting
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Knowledge of addiction, trauma, and recovery systems
• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license
• Proven organizational and communication skills
