Take the lead as a Material Handler in our thriving Distribution Center! Focus on logistics and operational excellence while ensuring safe and efficient product handling.

As a Material Handler Leader, you will guide a team in all aspects of receiving, sorting, and shipping products. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accuracy in all distribution activities. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure that products are handled with care and dispatched correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure outbound shipments are damage-free and accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and security in the warehouse environment.
• Report and address any inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in training new Material Handlers.

Requirements:
• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a warehouse or distribution role.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
