Be a vital part of Oak Bay Marine Group's guest experience as a Marina Attendant. This role focuses on exceptional customer service in a beautiful coastal setting in North Saanich.

We seek an enthusiastic individual to help maintain a welcoming marina environment while following OBMG’s ‘Yes I Can’ service standards. In this position, you will engage with guests, address their needs efficiently, and handle daily marina operations. Ideal candidates should have robust customer service skills and be excited to work outdoors in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist with arrival procedures
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
• Maintain marina cleanliness and safety standards




• Assist with service fee processing and supply inventory
• Participate in team activities and regular meetings

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service is recommended
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card preferred
• Organizational skills for a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
• Previous marina or hospitality experience is an asset
