The successful candidate will manage a team of licensed mechanics and apprentices at AIM, overseeing all maintenance for heavy equipment operations. This role is crucial to ensuring equipment uptime and safety through effective supervision, planning, and teamwork. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise maintenance staff and apprentices
• Conduct daily equipment repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubles




• Implement inspection schedules and preventative measures
• Promote safety and compliance during shop activities

Requirements:
• Valid 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong background in mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and utilize technical schematics
• Familiarity with CMMS is beneficial
