At DANI, we aim to foster independence for neurodivergent adults, and we are looking for a reliable individual to join our ACE program. You will facilitate engaging activities, monitor individual progress, and advocate for clients’ needs. This full-time position at a value-driven nonprofit aligns with your commitment to community service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in daily team meetings for effective collaboration
• Assess individuals' needs for tailored programming
• Implement programs for small groups based on interests
• Support colleagues in leading various activities
• Oversee individuals during community outings

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
• At least one year of related experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Robust ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid Ontario Driver's License is an asset
