Join Strathmere Lodge as a Personal Support Worker in Strathroy, Ontario, providing essential resident care in a part-time, in-person capacity. Flexible hours include shifts during the day, evening, and overnight.

In this role, you will support the nursing team and report directly to Registered Nurses. Successful candidates will demonstrate solid interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents and fellow staff. Availability for on-call shifts during weekdays and weekends is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Observe and report any changes in conditions
• Ensure residents’ safety and comfort proactively
• Engage in personal hygiene and mobility support
• Attend training sessions and contribute to the team

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check and TB test
• Flexibility to meet scheduled shifts and emergencies
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
