Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality customer service and resolve inquiries
• Manage stock and ensure visual appeal of products
• Ensure cleanliness in all bakery areas

• Participate in product development and special designs

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Experience in bakery and decorating functions
• Must complete in-house testing
• Supervisory experience is favorable
• Certification in decorating courses recommended
