As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll conduct routine inspections and perform vital maintenance on building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The role involves coordinating cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal tasks while maintaining safety standards across operations. A solid background in building operations is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections on building and property
• Implement preventive maintenance measures effectively
• Assist in HVAC,
plumbing, and equipment operations
• Address alarms and service needs without delay
• Manage supply inventory and subcontractor coordination
Requirements:
• Experience of 3-5 years in facilities maintenance
• Understanding of general building systems
• Valid Ontario G driver's license necessary
• Ability to work at heights and lift 30 kg
• Must comply with security clearance requirements
