As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital part in planning and facilitating daily recreational and leisure activities for residents. You’ll work collaboratively with residents, their families, and volunteers to enrich the lives of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and run diverse recreation activities
• Maintain engaging and supportive environments
• Document changes in resident participation accurately




• Support departmental collaboration for resident engagement
• Evaluate and improve recreation program quality

Requirements:
• Previous experience with seniors in a care setting
• Degree/diploma in recreation, leisure studies, or related field
• Enrollment in a related post-secondary program
• Knowledge of therapeutic and recreation practices
• Skills in planning activities across wellness domains
