Elevate young lives with Enviros as a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, focusing on their well-being and transition. Work overnight to provide engaging support in a nurturing environment.
This position runs from August 2026 to September 2027 at the Passages Program, serving youth ages 12-17. You'll employ a trauma-informed approach to care while building crucial relationships and documenting progress. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a safe and collaborative atmosphere every night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day case management for youth
• Ensure a supportive, clean, and safe living space
• Serve nutritious meals and facilitate activities
• Maintain explicit, accurate documentation of youth experiences
• Collaborate with external families and professionals
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Services, or related, needed
• Background in group care or youth support essential
• Up-to-date criminal and intervention checks required
• Certification in First Aid and CPR mandatory
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with no infractions
