Lead S.U.C.C.E.S.S.'s mentoring initiatives as the Mentoring Program Coordinator and facilitate meaningful connections for newcomers. This full time position focuses on engagement and program administration.
As a key member of the AEIP team, you will coordinate and manage the mentoring program, from volunteer recruitment to matching mentors with mentees. Your role will include overseeing Canada Connect activities and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance community integration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the AEIP mentoring program and Canada Connect sessions
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer mentors
• Match mentors with participants based on goals and backgrounds
• Track mentoring engagement and follow up with participants
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years coordinating mentoring or community programs
• Background in working with diverse populations
• Strong partnership-building and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data management and reporting systems
