In this field support position, you will assist Warranty/Field Service Technicians by managing logistics and providing direct customer interaction. While you won’t make repairs independently, your efforts will significantly aid in increasing productivity and improving client satisfaction. Your role is integral to ensuring that service calls meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist during in-field service technician visits
• Manage handling of door slabs and other products




• Provide physical support for installations and repairs
• Load/unload parts and tools from service vehicles
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at job sites

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
• Physically capable in diverse weather conditions
• Punctual and dependable team member
• Prior experience in construction or service-related roles is an asset
