We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants to work in a true sports medicine environment, collaborating closely with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other practitioners to deliver high-level care.

The LAB Sports Med. is a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic specializing in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of sport and recreational injuries.

Our team works with everyone from active individuals and weekend warriors to high-performance and professional athletes, using a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care.

With a 5,000 sq ft facility designed for both rehabilitation and performance training, we bridge the gap between recovery and performance through a science-backed, movement-focused model.

What We’re Looking For
Requirements

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO

Professional liability insurance





Strong communication and patient education skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Interest in working with active individuals and athletes

Assets

Experience with sports massage or rehab-focused treatments

Knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and recovery

Techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy

Clinic Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The schedule will be based on availability and clinic needs.

Part-time role (15-25 hours per week)
