In this role, you'll support CMP's commitment to excellence in customer service, serving as a liaison for order processing and product information. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer complaints, efficiently managing orders through E-Commerce platforms, and collaborating closely with the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate promptly with customers regarding orders
• Manage E-Commerce orders, invoices, and changes daily
• Prepare Credit Authorizations and RGAs in a timely manner




• Investigate customer complaints and maintain database accuracy
• Review and process incoming tickets for resolution

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in order entry within a manufacturing context
• Experience with E-Commerce order processing
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
