In this senior leadership role, you will shape the future of Indigenous arts programming in Toronto and Northern Ontario. Collaborating closely with the Director and Indigenous Advisory Circle, you will be pivotal in reviewing curricula, building partnerships, and mentoring artists. Your leadership will guide both the Indigenous Program Coordinator and artist cohorts, ensuring that programs are accountable to the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cultural guidance for VIBE Arts programming
• Manage recruitment of emerging Indigenous artists




• Supervise Indigenous Program Coordinator effectively
• Foster relationships with Indigenous organizations and schools
• Implement community-aligned evaluation practices

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in Indigenous arts or administration
• Deep understanding of Indigenous community dynamics
• Experience supervising or mentoring artists and teams
• Ability to adapt in a hybrid work model
• Insights into program evaluation and funding structures
