THE ROLE

As Senior Director – Quality Control, you will act as an expert advisor to partners and teams and play a central role in maintaining and developing the firm's professional standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that engagements comply with skilled, regulatory, and firm policy standards;
Overseeing and developing the quality management system ;
Developing and maintaining file templates, tools, and Work methodologies;




Act as a resource person for teams regarding certification, accounting, and ethics;
Coordinate inspections by the CPA Order and ensure follow-up on recommendations;
Design and deliver technical training to support skills development;
Act as a mentor and actively contribute to the development of the next generation of CPAs;
Collaborate with partners on the continuous improvement of practices and the maintenance of the highest quality standards.

THE DESIRED PROFILE
CPA Auditor;
10+ years of experience in a public accounting firm , including several years in assurance;
Solid expertise in qualified standards, compliance, and assurance practices;
Strong interest in quality control, continuous improvement, and knowledge
