In this role, you will support the VP of Human Resources and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, implementation of HR initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. You will also develop policies, conduct investigations, and create reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance to management across all locations
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure transparency
Implement initiatives to support organizational culture




Conduct employee investigations and prepare recommendations
Identify and address HR trends impacting company health

Requirements:
University degree or related business experience required
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR or related field
CHRP/CHRL designation is required or in progress
Robust knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
