The College of Dentistry seeks a Development Officer dedicated to enhancing philanthropic revenue, with expected targets of $400,000 in the first year and $1 million thereafter. In this role, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with donors, alumni, and community stakeholders.

Your efforts will directly support clinical programs, research advancements, and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects
Achieve fundraising goals through strategic relationship building




Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising with institutional priorities
Develop donor communications like proposals and impact reports
Implement strategic fundraising plans for various initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant training in a related field
Minimum of 2 years in fundraising or related experience
Proven success in achieving revenue targets
Solid relationship-building and storytelling skills
Familiarity with donor databases and community engagement
