We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customerinquiriesor complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assistsall customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuringoptimumcustomer service.
- Responds to customer’s inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner according to the policy of the dealership.
- Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Creates/opens work orders for recent customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
- Invoices work orders andaccepts payments from customers;submits reports and receipts to accounting.
- Provides quotes or estimates to customersregardingservice needed.
- Advises customers of current statusof their vehicle as well as anyadditionalwork that may be required.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.





Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in automotive field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.
- CDK experience.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Pay: $35,000-$65,000 (base salary + performance-based bonuses)
