Support independent living with The Care Company as a Physiotherapy Assistant focused on community health. This role involves direct client interactions throughout Central Ontario and enhancing their mobility.

As part of a dynamic rehabilitation team, you will implement and reinforce therapy plans under the guidance of Registered Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Focusing on areas such as Newmarket, Alliston, and Auroras, your work will be integral to improving clients' quality of life at home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute OT/PT-directed treatment plans effectively
• Assist with client mobility and strengthening programs
• Document client progress accurately and consistently
• Offer basic equipment setups and caregiver support
• Communicate regularly with the wider care team

Requirements:
• OTA/PTA certificate from an accredited program
• Experience in community or home health care
• Solid communication skills in English
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Willingness to travel across Greater Toronto Area
