Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing recreational programs

• Foster good communication with residents and families
• Facilitate outings based on residents' interests
• Support meal service responsibilities as needed

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or equivalent
• Prior experience with elderly populations
• Proficient in common Microsoft Office tools
• Robust oral and written communication skills
• Current Vulnerable Sector Screening required
