Join the City of Saskatoon as a Building Operator and take charge of essential building maintenance operations. This role focuses on the management of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Reporting to the Building Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and preventive maintenance of essential building infrastructure. This position includes guiding staff and ensuring that maintenance activities align with established safety and service standards. Experience with computerized maintenance systems will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems
• Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff
• Execute preventive maintenance requests using CMMS




• Conduct repairs on building fixtures and equipment
• Facilitate the installation of recent equipment as needed

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• 2-year Power Engineering diploma required
• Minimum 3 years in building maintenance, including 1 year supervisory
• Fourth-Class Power Engineer's license required
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
