Toronto Hydro is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair a range of critical equipment and vehicles. This position involves working evening shifts for a total of 40 hours each week.

In this role, you will inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on all types of vehicles and equipment. Your efforts will contribute significantly to both public safety and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will adhere to safety standards and demonstrate a responsive attitude toward customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and document inspections on vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs
• Utilize gas and electric welding for repairs
• Maintain accurate records and processing work orders




• Ensure all tools and equipment meet safety regulations

Requirements:
• Must have a 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate
• Valid Class “DZ” Driver's License in Ontario
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and safety regulations
• Strength in using diagnostic software and tools
• Experience with fleet maintenance platforms
