Join Community Living Society as a Community Living Counsellor and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This full time role fosters independence through personalized support and community involvement.

In this supportive position, you will help individuals set and achieve their personal goals, including life skills development and community exploration. Your responsibilities will also encompass home support tasks and monitoring daily life progression, ensuring they receive a fulfilling and productive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support tailored to individual life goals
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Coordinate community activities, including volunteer work




• Keep track of daily activities and individual progress
• Facilitate clients in discovering local resources and opportunities

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license (must obtain Class 4)
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Pass a clear criminal background check (covered by CLS)
• Reliable vehicle access is essential
• Understanding of person-centered active support
