Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Tenant Support Worker and make a meaningful impact. This casual position focuses on providing critical support to adults with housing challenges across flexible shifts.

In this role, you'll report to the Site Manager and work toward enhancing residents' independence through tailored support services. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, financial management, and educational support. Candidates should be ready for an active role in assisting those with diverse challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tenant intakes and assessments
• Create and implement personalized service plans
• Ensure ongoing identification of challenges
• Maintain statistical and evaluative records
• Support volunteers and practicum students actively

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years relevant experience or equivalent
• Food Safe Certificate as needed
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
• Ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts
