Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-class customer service to maximize sales
• Execute accurate cash balancing and payment processing




• Guide junior staff on customer service tactics
• Support store operations in Manager's absence
• Ensure compliance with UFA's safety standards in-store

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in a customer-focused role
• Deep understanding of Agribusiness or petroleum products
• Proven sales and leadership skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with SAP
• Ability to lift and manage physical tasks
