As part of a agile outreach team at Alpha House, your mission will be to provide support for vulnerable individuals in various environments. Strong case management and advocacy skills are essential, as you'll be involved in driving clients to safety, conducting assessments, and liaising with community partners. Independent thinking is crucial in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients in encampments and high-risk areas
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with social services




• Drive agency vans to transport individuals safely
• Respond to crises and provide on-site support
• Conduct housing assessments during client interactions

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or degree in Social Work or related
• Experience with outreach and case management preferred
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction
• Class 5 AB driver license is required
• Ability to assist clients physically in diverse environments
