In this full-time role, you will manage the maintenance of greenhouses, vehicles, and site buildings, applying your expertise in carpentry and basic welding. Safety awareness is critical, and you will oversee compliance with regulations while leading projects and maintenance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety standards and a hazard-free workplace
• Conduct preventative maintenance and emergency repairs




• Organize and lead capital projects and assessments

• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance activities

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including welding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
