Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on resident care policies
• Notify physicians of changes in resident conditions
• Direct Personal Support Workers in daily care responsibilities




• Ensure seamless communication during shift reports
• Contribute to procedure updates to enhance care quality

Requirements:
• Background in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Understanding of relevant health care legislation
• Strong skills in nursing, administration, and team collaboration
