Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client contributions and withdrawals
• Create and deliver financial reports to clients
• Address client and plan member inquiries efficiently




• Perform monthly reconciliations and audits
• Attend training to stay updated on pension trends

Requirements:
• Customer-focused experience in pension administration
• Relevant degree and understanding of tax legislation
• 1-2 years’ experience in the financial sector
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• CSC or IFIC certification in progress is a plus
