As a key team member, you will assist in delivering tailored recreation programs and contribute to individual care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement recreational activities per established care protocols
• Contribute to care plans meeting individual resident needs
• Plan and maintain skill-based activity calendars




• Encourage residents to share their skills and talents
• Define therapeutic goals for recreational interventions

Requirements:
• Certification in Recreation/Therapeutic Recreation required
• At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of dementia care programming essential
• Ability to work versatile shifts including evenings
