Skyline is hiring a full time Maintenance Technician to perform essential repairs and maintenance across its apartment buildings. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system management. You will be responsible for both occupied and vacant units while ensuring that safety standards and service quality are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance across units
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas like hallways and elevators
• Perform inspections and maintenance recording




• Ensure proper functioning of safety systems
• Operate power tools and complete repairs using ladders

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• Post-secondary education or equivalent background
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Required computer skills in Word and Excel
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work on stairs
