Elevate the lives of children with special needs by becoming an Inclusion Facilitator at Community Living Hamilton. This full time role focuses on promoting inclusive environments in early childhood education.

As part of the Special Needs Resourcing team, the Inclusion Facilitator will help children with diverse abilities thrive in their community. This role requires strong advocacy and collaboration skills to implement effective inclusion strategies that benefit children’s learning and development. Experience working with diverse client groups is beneficial to meet the needs of Hamilton's growing population.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate inclusion for children with diverse needs in classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers to implement best practices




• Support families in navigating available community resources
• Conduct training sessions on inclusivity for staff
• Evaluate effectiveness of inclusion strategies employed

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from an accredited program
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators required
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
