Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work to uphold Lookout's mission and Code of Ethics while providing essential education and support. Your role involves fostering long-term relationships with tenants and addressing their day-to-day needs in a structured work environment, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tenant intakes and ongoing support services
• Create individualized service plans and crisis interventions




• Ensure residents' basic needs are consistently met
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain records
• Assist in training volunteers and practicum students

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service is essential
• Two years of relevant experience required
• OFA Level 1 First Aid certification needed
• Clean Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction resources
