Embrace a fulfilling Receptionist position at Nezul Be Hunuyeh in Fort St. James, BC. This permanent full time role is essential in providing support and a welcoming atmosphere.

As part of the team, you'll assist in administrative duties while being an important first point of contact for our Indigenous communities. You will interact with staff, visitors, and clients, manage calls, and coordinate events that uphold the mission and vision of NBHCFSS, enhancing community well-being within the Nak’azdli Whut’en, Binche Whut’en, and Tl’azt’en Nation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors to ensure comfort
• Manage multi-line phone inquiries efficiently
• Provide detailed information about programs




• Coordinate meeting arrangements seamlessly
• Track and replenish office supplies proactively

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Capable of handling multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
